Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Our Wedding Drop (operated by Foster Media LLC) collects and how we use it.

What we collect

• Couples (hosts): email address, password (stored hashed by our authentication provider), names and wedding date shown on your page, banner photo, and purchase records.
• Guests: the photos and videos you upload, file metadata (name, size, type), and the optional name you enter. Guests do not need an account.
• Payments: card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data: basic logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) used for security and reliability.

How we use it

To provide the service (hosting your page, storing and delivering uploads, generating ZIP downloads), process payments, send transactional emails such as password resets, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.

Who can see uploads

Uploaded media is stored privately. Only the event host (and anyone the host shares downloads with) can view the gallery. Guests can upload but cannot browse other guests' uploads.

Service providers

We use Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email delivery). If you order a printed keepsake, selected images are shared with our print partner to fulfill the order.

Retention

Media is kept for the hosting period of the purchased tier, then deleted. Account data is kept while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and content at any time.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@ourweddingdrop.com. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK) you may have additional rights.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and hosts must be 18 or older.
