Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Our Wedding Drop (“we”, “us”), a service operated by Foster Media LLC that lets couples create a private event page where guests can upload photos and videos. By creating an account or uploading content you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 18 to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

2. Purchases & refunds

• Collections (Essential, Signature, Heirloom) are one-time purchases that unlock one event page for the hosting period of the tier you purchase.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD and may exclude applicable taxes.
• If no guest has uploaded to your page, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After uploads begin, purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Your content

Couples and guests keep ownership of the photos and videos they upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store, process, display, and deliver that content to the event host solely to provide the service (for example, generating previews, galleries, and ZIP downloads). If you order a keepsake product, you authorize us to share the selected content with our fulfillment partners to produce it.

4. Guest uploads

Hosts are responsible for who they share their link and QR code with. Guests must only upload content they have the right to share and must not upload anything unlawful, harmful, or that infringes others' rights. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Hosting period & downloads

Content is available for the hosting period included in your tier. We will make reasonable efforts to notify the host before content is deleted at the end of that period. Please download your gallery before it expires.

6. Availability

We work hard to keep the service reliable but provide it “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected event.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
